Our award-winning Cabernet Sauvignon is made entirely from our estate grapes in the historic Geneseo district of Paso Robles. The vineyard benefits from warm days, tempered by cool evenings due to the coastal influence of the Templeton Gap effect. It exhibits cherry flavors with notes of spice, herbs, black olive and chocolate. Supple tannins provide structure and a long finish. Our wine is made to be enjoyed with food and friends. Enjoy this wine with lamb chops, roast duck or a grilled ribeye. It is guaranteed to enhance the telling of old stories and creating new memories.
Winemaking: Destemmed and fermented in stainless steel tanks for 21 days. The wine is then aged in 100 percent French oak barrels (25% new) for 18 months.

Our award-winning Sauvignon Blanc is made entirely from single vineyard grapes, sustainable farmed in the prestigious Temple Gap District of Paso Robles. The wine exhibits citrus and Asian pear flavors. It is an exceptionally well-balanced wine. Enjoy this wine with goat cheese, chicken tagine or sushi.
Winemaking: Whole cluster pressed to tank and cold settled for 48 hours prior to racking off heavy lees. Fermented cold and slow for 20 days in stainless steel, racked post-fermentation and aged in stainless steel for 7 months prior to bottling.
